Early Muslim Roots in America
Prospects for Future Research
Dr. Sylviane Diouf's Servants of Allah is the first book to retrace the 500 year-old story of West African Muslim communities in the New World, and its publication in 1998 marked a milestone in the study of early Muslim presence in the Americas. Join Zaytuna College faculty and students to welcome Dr. Diouf as she discusses how future research can continue to enlighten us about early Muslim presence in America.
