Zaytuna’s campus is on Holy Hill and students enter the College as part of a cohort, a community of learners that travel together through the curriculum.

The Prayer Hall Project

Give a Gift of Endless Blessings

Earlier this year, with the generous gifts of our supporters, Zaytuna College opened doors to an official prayer space or musalla at the upper campus. The musalla now serves as the spiritual heart of the campus, hosting the five daily prayers, Qur’an khatms, and gatherings of sacred knowledge.

Designed to emulate the beautiful mosques of the Muslim world, the mihrab and wall designs comprise intricate woodwork of geometric motifs from the sacred art tradition of Islam. The musalla brings an ambience of tranquility that is ideal for a space committed for remembrance of the divine.

The musalla project is an ongoing initiative that requires regular support for support for further expansion, including bookshelves and an imam's chair, as well as renovations of the outer walkway, windows, lighting, and a wudu station that repurposes the used water for the permaculture garden. Funds will also support the required daily maintenance and upkeep.

Our blessed Messenger ﷺ has said, “Whosoever builds a mosque for Allah, like a sparrow’s nest for Allah or even smaller, Allah will build for him a house in paradise.” Your gift supports this sacred space in perpetuity with the opportunity for multifold, ongoing reward.

Give today and reap the rewards. No donation is too small.

Dedicate a prayer space for yourself or loved one and reap the reward of endless blessings. Dedications will be elegantly engraved on a patrons’ plaque inside the prayer hall.

A limited number of prayer spaces are available for dedication with a $2,500 donation.
